Booking Policy

• Books are open with appointments only

• Please sign the consent form within booking

• Lash refill appointment is strongly suggested to pre-book to ensure you are able to get an appointment/ to stay in consistent cycle

• Please come to your appointment prepared after reading pre- and after-care instructions

• Adults must be present in the treatment room during the consultation for minors under the age of 18

Cancellation Rescheduling Late No-Show Policy

• Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please contact via text message or alter your appointment via booking system for cancellation and rescheduling at least 24 hrs priorto your scheduled appointment. Failed to do so will result in $25 cancellation fee

• Late: Please notify if you are going to be late. If you are late more than 15 min , your appointment may be released depending on the availability but will try my best to accommodate

• No Show: Not showing up without any communication prior to the appointment will result to full charge
